2023 – EUROTECNICA SIGNS A MOU WITH FARGONAMELAMINE JV LLC

Eurotecnica is proud to announce the signature of a Memorandum of Understanding among Uzkimyosanoat JSC, China National Chemical Engineering and Construction Corporation Seven LTD (CC7), Amanat Group and Eurotecnica Contractors and Engineers S.p.A. for the design and build of a facility for melamine production in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Fargonamelamine JV LLC, the SPV designed for the implementation of this Project, will coordinate the parties in order to leverage on the partner’s technical standing to achieve the Final Investment Decision.
Uzkimyosanoat and Amanat have considered the new Eurotecnica’s G5 Euromel(R) technology as the most efficient means to reach this ambitious goal. At the same time, the choice of an experienced EPC Contractor (CC7) will ensure the desired build quality and the financial feasibility of the same.

Filippo De Pace, CEO of CC7 Europe, adds “CC7 has significant project execution experience and a broad projects portfolio in Uzbekistan. CC7 is working with Uzkimyosanoat to develop multiple projects in the Chemical and Petrochemical industries. This Melamine project will reinforce CC7’s position in the Uzbekistan market providing an advantage to the Amanat Group by being the first Melamine producer throughout Central Asia Countries. In addition, this project also supports the industry privatization program in Uzbekistan”.
